Position Mandate
As a UI/UX Design Engineer, you will interact directly with customers to gather, compile, and prioritize feedback. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team to incorporate insights and help design and implement the product. You will work closely with the frontend team to deliver updates to the Camio web app. If you enjoy working closely with other team members and feel comfortable creating and maintaining your own systems, then you will be a good fit for this role.
Candidate Profile
Must Have
3+ years of professional software development experience
Experience working with HTML, JS/TS, SCSS
Experience with at least one frontend framework (eg. Vue, React, Angular)
Experience creating and/or maintaining user facing products
Experience conducting usability studies and garnering customer feedback
COVID-19 vaccination to be in-person in San Mateo, CA office
Nice to Have
Experience with frameworks like Nuxt, Bootstrap, Node.js
Experience working with design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Experience in collaborating with teams, communicating with users, leading projects, and influencing decision-making at various levels.
Experience using code versioning systems such as Git
